Start with plenty of Swing era favorites from Ellington, Basie, Miller, Sinatra, add a healthy portion of jump blues and boogie from Louis Jordan, Joe Turner and Louis Prima, and spice it up with Latin flavors from Tito Puente and Antonio Carlos Jobim and you have the recipe for a tasteful but exciting evening of dance fun! The Peter Hostage Trio - A Jazz trio featuring standards from the Great American Songbook -including the songs of Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hart and Irving Berlin. Also featuring the songs of the jazz greats like Miles Davis and Dave Brubeck, plus the sounds of Bossa Nova and Latin Jazz, Funk and Blues.
